Can I cancel my order? 
1. Items ordered from stock
  • If you ordered an item from our held stock, you can cancel your order up to 2 days before its scheduled delivery for a full refund.
  • If you cancel your order within 2 days of its scheduled delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for a failed delivery at £49.

2. Made to Order Items / Special Order non stock-item 

  • If the item you ordered is not from our held stock and has been commissioned from a supplier, you may be required to forfeit 35% of the cancellation order value if we are unable to cancel the order with the supplier.

Can I return my order after delivery? 

1. Items ordered from stock

  • Items ordered from stock can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they fall within the Consumer Contracts Regulations, but you must take reasonable care of the goods to obtain a refund. Unwanted goods may be returned free of charge under your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Addition Charges) Regulations provided we are notified within 14 days following date of receipt..
  • We do not accept returns for mattresses, mattress toppers or protectors, duvets, and pillows for health and hygiene reasons unless unopened and sealed in the original packaging or faulty.

2. Made to Order Items / Special Order non stock-item 

  • Bespoke items or made to order, special order or non-stocked items fall outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulations and cancellations will be charged at 35% of the total order value to cover the costs borne by the company. We may also charge a reasonable collection fee.

Faulty Goods ? 

  • In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, they must be reported to our customer services team within 7 days.
