Standard Deliveries – 2-4 Business Days

Standard Delivery items always ship on a working day and are delivered on a working day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Bella Maison Ltd to notify you that your order has left us, as well as the courier's name and tracking reference number.

Returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

1-2 Week deliveries

These items can take up 2 weeks to arrive  – However our latest statistics show that most of our heavy items are delivered within 5 days.

Items are delivered via our 2 man - large items courier service.

Delivery date will be confirmed on the working day before the date of delivery.

The price includes the delivery cost to a UK Mainland Postcode.

Additional charges apply for other non-UK mainland destinations (please ask us for a quote).

The courier will not enter a property and if they are asked to enter, they exclude all liability to any damage to property or goods.

If possible, please check your item on delivery. If the item is damaged in any way the item must be signed for as DAMAGED or the item delivery can be refused.

Items must be checked within 24 hours and any issues reported within that period.

Returns are accepted within 14 days, only if the item is in its original condition and packaging.  

OTHER UK - Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland

The above destinations will incur an additional delivery charge, and this will not be a next day service.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed that require shipping to these areas, where the customer will not pay the additional costs. 

THE SMALL PRINT

  1. Delivery will be made only to the address stated by you at the time of placing the order.
  2. Delivery will be made by the seller or an agent appointed by the seller.

iii. The seller and their agents will make all reasonable efforts to meet the date agreed for delivery, should this not be possible the seller will not be held responsible.

  1. Once the date and time has been agreed, if the seller is not present the buyer reserves the right to charge and additional fee to rearrange delivery depending on the item size and delivery postcode.
  2. Delivery timescales and charges are estimated guidelines and will be confirmed before dispatch. Some products for Northern Ireland customers may occasionally take longer due to the logistics of supply.
  3. We deliver to all Mainland England and Wales post codes at our standard delivery charge. There is an additional charge for the following postcodes BT, IM, HS, DD, PH, PA, IV, FK, KY, ZE, KW and AB.

vii. For whatever reason should the seller fail to deliver within 60 days, the buyer is able to cancel the contract without penalty.

viii. Some Goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer's responsibility to assemble the Goods.

  1. Two man delivery service is to the door, should the buyer ask the seller or an agent to assist them, any damage to goods or property is at the buyers risk.
  2. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your delivery to room of choice.
  3. All delivery's must be signed for then possessions of the Goods will be transferred to the Buyer.

Delivery is to a UK Mainland Postcode only.

Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland will incur an additional delivery charge, and this will not be a next day service.
