What warranty is offered on all products?

Thank you for considering our products. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur within a reasonable period of time from the date of purchase.

We strive to provide the best possible customer service and will work with you to resolve any issues you may have with our products. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty or our products.

Will an item be delivered to a specific room in my house?

While we offer delivery of items to a specific room in your house, it's important to note that our liability for any damage incurred to the item or your household is excluded once the item has crossed the threshold of your home. Please ensure that you have adequate space and clear access to the designated room before the delivery, as any subsequent damage that occurs will not be covered by us. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free delivery experience for our customers, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and successful delivery.

Can an item be delivered to a different address?

An alternate delivery address can be provided upon checkout.

Where are goods dispatched from?

Goods are dispatched from either our warehouse in Wembley or our store in Romford. 

How can I track my shipment?

We offer tracking details for shipments that are on a 72-hour delivery service. However, if it is a 7-14 day delivery, we'll keep you informed via email. You'll receive updates about the dispatch of your order and when it's out for delivery, along with an estimated delivery time. While tracking information is not available for the 7-14 day delivery service, we'll make sure to keep you informed every step of the way. We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery experience for you.

How long will a refund take?

A refund will be processed on the same day if a refund has been accepted. The money will take about 5-10 working days to reach your account and can only be deposited back into the account payment was made with.

Are the goods available to collect directly from you?

If the item is in stock and not made to order, you can collect it from our showroom. Please note that we require a minimum of one hour to process orders before they can be collected. This ensures that we have sufficient time to prepare your order and have it ready for you when you arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter and look forward to providing you with a seamless and efficient collection experience.

How long will my items take to arrive?

The delivery time for your items will vary depending on the delivery option you choose. If you select the 72-hour delivery option, your items will arrive within 72 hours. If you choose the 7-14 day delivery option, your items will be delivered within 7 to 14 days. We offer these delivery options to provide flexibility and convenience to our customers. Please note that delivery times may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or shipping delays, but we'll make every effort to ensure your items arrive as soon as possible.

How do I return my order?

Should you encounter any issues with your order and need to return an item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our dedicated customer service team is ready to assist you and will reply as soon as possible. We are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make your shopping experience more enjoyable.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Orders can be placed over the phone and paid by card, these will be processed the same as ordering online.

Can I change my delivery address after I place the order?

Delivery address can only be changed on orders that have selected a 7-14 day delivery service.

What if I am not available when my order is due to be delivered?

We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are fully aware of when delivery will be made. If delivery is missed for 72 hr deliveries, you must re-arrange delivery through your relevant tracking number. If delivery for 7-14 days is missed the order will be delayed by a further 7 days which will result in a £15 re-delivery fee.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all of Mainland UK, deliveries can be made to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern and Republic of Ireland.

What if my order is delayed?

We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers, and we strive to provide the best service possible. However, if your order is delayed, it may be due to factors beyond our control or those of our third-party couriers. Despite our best efforts, delays can happen, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
